Caregiver Guidelines

These caregiver guidelines set forth the mandatory standards, obligations, eligibility criteria, conduct requirements, and legal responsibilities applicable to all caregivers, service professionals, veterinary practitioners, trainers, transport providers, boarding providers, and other service providers onboarded, listed, or otherwise permitted to offer services through the Uluv platform, website, mobile application, or related systems.

These Guidelines (defined below) apply to services including pet boarding, pet sitting, dog walking, puppy and dog training, pet hotels, pet taxi, pet insurance facilitation, veterinary and clinic services, teleconsultation or telemedicine-enabled services, and any other pet care services permitted by Uluv from time to time. Compliance with these Guidelines is a condition precedent to onboarding and a continuing condition for access to and use of the Platform (as defined below).

For the purposes of these Guidelines:

“Platform” means the Uluv website, application, portal, and any related technology or support systems operated by Uluv Technologies Private Limited (“Uluv”);

1.2

“Caregiver” means any individual or entity approved by Uluv to offer pet care or allied services on the Platform; “Pet Parent” means any user seeking, booking, or receiving services for a pet through the Platform;

“Services” means the pet care, transportation, training, veterinary, teleconsultation, insurance facilitation, or allied services made available through the Platform; and

“Guidelines” means these caregiver guidelines, as amended by Uluv from time to time. These Guidelines shall be read together with the applicable terms of use, privacy notice, payment policy, service-specific standards, and any caregiver agreement executed with Uluv.
