TERMS OF SERVICE

This Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of the platform operated by Uluv Technologies Private Limited (“Uluv”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, mobile applications, and all related services, features, and functionalities (collectively, the “Platform”). Uluv operates a technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates connections between pet parents and independent caregivers for the provision of pet care services. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

“Applicable Law” means all applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and governmental orders in force in India.

“Booking” means a confirmed request for Services made by a Pet Parent and accepted by a Caregiver through the Platform.

1.4

“Caregiver” means a User who offers or provides pet care services through the Platform, including but not limited to boarding, sitting, walking, grooming, training, or veterinary-related services, where applicable.

1.5

“Content” means any information, data, text, images, videos, reviews, ratings, messages, or other material uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by Users on or through the Platform.

1.6

“Fees” means all amounts payable in connection with a Booking, including service fees charged by Caregivers, platform fees charged by Uluv, applicable taxes, and any additional charges disclosed at the time of booking.

“Pet Parent” means a User who books or intends to book pet care services through the Platform.

1.8

“Platform” means the Uluv website, mobile applications (including the pet parent application and caregiver application), and all associated services, features, content, communication systems, and technology infrastructure made available by Uluv.

1.9

“Services” means all services facilitated through the Platform, including but not limited to pet boarding, sitting, walking, grooming, training, veterinary tele-consultation, AI-based health insights, biometric monitoring integrations, and related support services.

1.10

“Uluv”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Uluv Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, and includes its affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any manner, including Pet Parents and Caregivers.
